Our fraternity gives the opportunity for active members, as well as pledges, to participate in chapter planning activities, leadership development experiences, sectional,regional and national conference and convention participation, and leadership positions so our members provide unique learning experiences to the chapter. 

 

There are more benefits to leadership. Participation in our chapter is great in setting yourself apart from your peers in job interviews, resume experiences and post-grad career planning. You will create an immensive and diverse social network of active members world wide and develop fantastic communication skills in which you will gain real life leadership experience for life after college. Our members are required to participate in leadership experiences and some members leave our university with holding over 30 leadership positions during their time at Purdue University.
